If you are interested in registering your child(ren) for the 2024-2025 school year, the dates to register are as follows:

Our regular Elementary School Registration week is between February 5 to February 9, 2024.

To register for Kindergarten, We ask that you book an appointment using our online reservation system through the following link.
Online Kindergarten spot reservation links will be available on January 29, 2024, at 7 a.m.

Once you have registered online for your child, we will be contacting you for an in-person appointment at Saint-Monica School to complete the registration.

Parents who are interested in registering their child(ren) at Saint-Monica School should contact us for information about eligibility and programs. Saint-Monica School also registers new students throughout the school year, however, acceptance depends on classroom availability and area of residence.

If you have a Certificate of Eligibility
You must bring the following documents with you to register your child. Originals of these forms can be brought to the school between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm daily:
- Long Version Birth Certificate (showing both parents' names)
- Immigration papers (required if not born in Canada)
- Certificate of Eligibility
- Proof of residence (lease and driver's licence/utility invoice etc.)
Required only if
child was born outside Quebec - Citizenship of parent
- Child's most recent report card (for grades 1 to 6)
- Vaccination booklet
If you do not have a Certificate of Eligibility
In order to qualify for English Instruction in Quebec Public Schools, students must meet certain eligibility criteria under the Charter of the French Language as set out by the Quebec government.
