St. Monica offers your child a variety of sports activities throughout the year, helping each student develop skills in teamwork and leadership while encouraging healthy athleticism.
Students also have the opportunity to represent St. Monica on one or more of our interscholastic sports teams. These teams, known as the Titans, compete against other school teams from the Greater Montreal Area. Games take place at Saint Monica and elsewhere. For more information, please contact Leighton Jacobs, St. Monica’s Physical Education teacher, at 514 369-0070. GO TITANS!
Students participating in interscholastic sports must maintain an acceptable academic standing. Practices and game commitments are not acceptable reasons for forgotten homework or poor test scores.

Even if your child does not actively take part in sports activities, we strongly encourage all students and parents to show their school spirit by supporting our interscholastic teams.
When the Titans run on the field or take to the court, nothing makes our students feel pride in their accomplishments more than the cheers of their classmates.
